Picture
The annual election of officers of the Indian Boundary Park Advisory Council will be held at the regularly scheduled January meeting, Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Indian Boundary Park Cultural Center.

As specified in the Advisory Council by-laws, only Advisory Council members may vote at the meeting. To maintain voting rights, members must have attended at least one meeting during 2015.

At the December meeting, the current slate of officers was renominated for 2016:

  • President, Leta Dally
  • First vice-president, Dawn McNeal
  • Second vice-president, Karen Vanourek
  • Treasurer, Dan Miller
  • Secretary, Valeri Vanourek

The Indian Boundary Park Advisory Council was established in the fall of 2004 at the request of the park supervisor. Its mission is to:
  • Develop and maintain a beautiful oasis of park landscape and gardens for public view and enjoyment
  • Provide and expand park services in cultural programs of theater, movies, music, education and recreation
  • Give our community's children the enjoyable advantages of a wonderful, diversified and safe playground to share with friends and family

The Indian Boundary Park Advisory Council is a non-profit, volunteer organization whose fiscal agent for 501 (c)(3) status as a charitable organization is Friends of the Park. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. And volunteers are always welcome. And needed.
